Map data from network TO you
previous page

This is the last step and is just the reverse of the step before.

Here you tell us how you want incoming ads or news from the network to be mapped to YOUR categories.

This page of the wizard looks almost exactly like the previous one, only in this case the network categories are on the left side, and your categories are on the right in the drop-down boxes.

We use the information from the previous step to save some time and suggest how to map the network categories back to your categories. However, if you'd like, you may change these suggestions by selecting a different drop down.

Like before, you may use this step to do some handy things. If the network contains categories you don't want to download, leave them set to "none" and you'll never see those ads or news.

On the other hand, if the network is more detailed than you want, you could map several network categories back to a single category on your end and all those ads would be funneled into the category of your choosing.

Let's say, for example, that the network has categories for dinette sets, sofas, tables and chairs -- you could funnel all of them into your single category of "furniture" by setting the dropdown for each to "furniture."

It's up to you!

When you're happy with the mapping, hit the "process data button" and bingo! You're done.

You just signed up with CityTools, created a publisher account, joined or created a network and completed all mappings!

And, provided you didn't read too much documentation and didn't have to look for files, you probably did all this in 15 to 30 minutes!
