Before you can set up publisher tools, you need to set up a basic CityTools account. You may create an account here.

It's a straightforward page, but if you want more details on what to expect, read more about it

Once you sign up, you'll get a validation e-mail sent to you. That e-mail will contain a link to activate the account, click on that link and you'll get a “successful validation” message.

Congratulations, you're ready for step 2!
