2Go to the join team page and join the team
Once you've signed up and logged in, click on the link for this title and you'll go to the "join teams" page.
All you need to do is supply the secret passcode the team adminstrator provided you and you're in!

Anytime you want to manage your team memberships, you can do so by clicking on the "join/make teams" link on the left rail or by clicking on the title to this item.
