It's hard to disagree with most of the original list here, but I've got a slightly different order and a couple to add
1Pogonotes
Pogonotes is extremely handy -- I use it and also (since I'm used to it) I keep notes to myself on CityTools (create a story in draft form, bingo, personal notes...)
However, the pogonotes interface is better until CT gets its act together and makes some iPhone, iPod Touch specific interfaces. Hello, CT.. Tap.. Tap....

2Applists
I couldn't agree more with the original lister master on this one: applists rocks hard.
I originally had mockdock on my list too -- but I took it off because I started using applists 2.0, which blows mockdock away.

3101 Cookbooks
Mobile recipes are just great if you're in the grocery store and can't decide what to make at home.
101 Cookbooks looks wonderful and the recipes are terrific. Most of the recipes have ingredients that you can find at a well stocked grocery store so you don't have to make a side trip to some kind of arcane shop.
It's just the ticket for busy people who want to decide at the last minute what to eat.

4One Trip
This is a list widget -- CityTools lists could be modified to do this, I suspect, so the CityTools dev team should think about it -- that allows you to put together a shopping list and then check items off as you get them.
It works really nicely, but the interface for entering items is a little clunky. I think they try too hard to avoid typing things.
Otherwise, it's a good one.

5Facebook Mobile
OK, I'm starting to get a little bored with this one just because Facebook is wearing me out. But it's still extremely useful for face-aholics.
6Chess
It's no Chessmaster 2000, but for a great way to kiss some time, this little app is fun. It was a very early app -- but I like it.
