Former Reagan speechwriter Peggy Noonan has emerged as the best conservative columnist in the nation. And I mean that in the grand old tradition of intellectual and ethical conservatives: a dying breed as the attack dogs and dwarfs took over American conservatism. Anyhow, Noonan is in every way a must read for any aware American. Today she offers an insightful take on the crisis in the Republican party. From the article:
