Fire officials say a woman has died and a man is in critical condition following a house fire in Potomac. Montgomery County Fire and Rescue spokesman Pete Piringer says the fire was reported about 5:45 a.m. Friday at a two-story home. He says two people suffering smoke inhalation were found inside and taken to area hospitals. Seventy-eight-year-old Marilyn Ehrlich was pronounced dead at the hospital.
