Powered by a 13-4 run with 5 minutes to play, the Villanova women's team blew by host Fairfield, 61-45, last night in Connecticut to even its record at 1-1. The game was Villanova's first of six consecutive games away from home. Senior Laura Kurz netted 25 points for the Wildcats, while junior guard Maria Getty chipped in with 15 points.
