During the CityTools beta, I found out that Bob Cauthorn -- the grand poo-bah at CityTools -- rides his bike everywhere in San Francisco, just like me. He turned me on to Cycling Plus magazine from England, which is the best bike mag in the world.

I saw Bob's post on the most earthquake prone states and figured I could do him one better. These are the 10 most deadly natural disasters.

I collect dictionaries and have about 300. But my favorite is the Merriam Webster 3rd Unabridged. In America, these are the folks who take words most seriously.

As I promised earlier today -- here is the famine list. Virtually all famines are caused by human actions, although nature can trigger the crisis.
